Part of our Kerassentials overview. Last checked October 19, 2026.
Kerassentials walmart and Amazon listings were not part of our check, so we cannot confirm any of them. What we can confirm is the vendor's own route: the footer of thekerassentials.com names BuyGoods as the retailer.[1] The vendor's 60-day refund is written for those orders and runs from the day your package is delivered.[2]
Where should you buy Kerassentials?
Buy Kerassentials through the vendor's BuyGoods checkout if you want the refund terms the vendor publishes. That was the only sales route we could confirm, checked October 19, 2026.
BuyGoods is a Wilmington, Delaware retailer, and the vendor's terms name it in the footer.[1] Orders ship from the US, and the returns address is 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011.[2]
The vendor quotes free US shipping in 5 to 7 working days on 3 and 6 bottles. Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand cost $15.95 and take 10 to 15 working days.[3] Prices by package are in our Kerassentials price and coupon guide.
Can you buy Kerassentials on Amazon or Walmart?
We do not know, because we did not search Amazon or Walmart for Kerassentials. We will not say a listing exists or does not exist without checking it.
Here is what we did check on October 19, 2026:
- The vendor sales pages, contact FAQ, refund, shipping and terms pages.
- Both label images the vendor publishes.
- BBB, which lists "Kerassentials Company" as not accredited with an F rating.[4]
None of the vendor pages we read mentions Amazon, Walmart or any other store. The vendor's contact FAQ says "many have tried to copy" the product, a claim we cannot verify.[5]
| Where | Checked? | Vendor refund applies? | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vendor checkout via BuyGoods | Yes, October 19, 2026 | Yes, 60 days from delivery[2] | One-time payment; upsells offered after checkout |
| Amazon | NOT checked | Not stated by the vendor | No BuyGoods order number on a marketplace order |
| Walmart | NOT checked | Not stated by the vendor | Same as Amazon |
| Physical stores | No store listed on vendor pages | Not stated by the vendor | The vendor sells online only, as far as its pages show |
If you find a listing on either site, the checks in the next two sections apply. A low price on a marketplace is not a reason to skip them.
Why does the seller matter?
The seller decides whether the bottle is genuine, how it was kept, whether the refund applies and which formula you get. With a topical oil that you brush on skin four times a day, each of those matters.
Authenticity
The vendor does not publish a lot-check tool. Label A shows lot code PRE_000_1_MMDDYY and label B shows CC_NF_02_071422, so a code is printed, but we found no way to verify one.[6][7]
Storage
Oils can change with heat and age. A third-party seller may not tell you how long a bottle sat in a warehouse.
Refund eligibility
The vendor refund asks for your packing slip and order details.[2] A marketplace order will not have a BuyGoods order number, so the vendor refund may not apply.
Current formula
The vendor shows a 9-ingredient label and a 17-ingredient label. Label B adds walnut, menthol, camphor and clove.[7] If you have a tree-nut allergy, you need to know which one you have. See our Kerassentials ingredients list.
How do you verify a seller before paying?
Verify the seller by checking the checkout name, the refund terms and the product details before you enter a card number.
Check the checkout name
The vendor names BuyGoods as retailer.[1] A checkout under another company name is a different seller.
Check the refund wording
Look for 60 days from delivery and the Aurora, CO returns address.[2]
Check the size and label
Kerassentials is a 0.5 oz (15 ml) bottle with a brush, marked for external use only, with undecylenic acid USP 5%.[6]
Check the billing model
The vendor says it is a one-time payment with no recurring shipments.[5] A seller that adds a subscription is not following the vendor's terms.
Red flags with unknown sellers
Walk away from a listing if you see any of these:
- A bottle size other than 0.5 oz (15 ml), or no brush applicator.
- No ingredient list, or no undecylenic acid 5% on the label.
- Capsules, gummies or drops to swallow under the Kerassentials name. The product is an oil for external use, and the label says do not ingest.[6]
- No returns address, or a refund that needs you to contact a third party you cannot identify.
- Claims the vendor itself does not make, such as FDA approval.
- A price far below the vendor's lowest of $49 per bottle on 6 bottles, checked October 19, 2026.
What should you save after ordering?
Save four things from the day you order, because the refund process asks for them:
- The receipt email with your order ID and every line item, including any upsell.
- The card statement descriptor, so you can match the charge to the order.
- Tracking for the delivery, since the 60-day window starts on delivery.[2]
- A photo of the label and lot code, plus the packing slip, which must go back with the bottles.
Using the oil is covered in how to use Kerassentials.
Buyer takeaway
We confirmed one sales route for Kerassentials: the vendor's BuyGoods checkout, with a 60-day refund that needs all bottles mailed back at your cost. Walmart and Amazon were not checked. If you buy elsewhere, assume the vendor refund may not apply and check the label before first use.

Frequently asked questions
Is Kerassentials sold at Walmart?
We did not check Walmart listings, so we cannot confirm one. The vendor's own site names only BuyGoods as retailer, and its 60-day refund is written for those orders. Check the seller and label on any other listing before buying.
Can I buy Kerassentials on Amazon?
We did not search Amazon for Kerassentials. None of the vendor pages we read on October 19, 2026 mentions Amazon. An Amazon order would not have a BuyGoods order number, so the vendor refund may not apply.
Where can I buy Kerassentials?
The route we confirmed is the vendor's checkout through BuyGoods, which ships from the US with free shipping on 3 and 6 bottles. International orders to Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand cost $15.95 for shipping.
How do I know my Kerassentials bottle is genuine?
Check for a 0.5 oz (15 ml) bottle with a brush, an external-use-only warning, undecylenic acid USP 5% on the label, and the Aurora, Colorado distributor address. Keep the packing slip and photograph the lot code.
Is there a Kerassentials store near me?
We found no retail store listed on the vendor site. It sells online through BuyGoods, with US delivery quoted at 5 to 7 working days and free shipping on 3 and 6 bottles, checked October 19, 2026.
